Two Carbon fiber plates are inserted between the seat frame and the seat cushion. The upper one slides forwards and downwards on its frontal part.
The vertical cushion motion is synchronised with a flexible sheet on the seat vertical part.
Supplied with engineering works and related FORM 1, it is a "Minor Change" or with an STC modification.
LSEAT kit weight is 1.550 grams and half an inch high in between cushion and seat structure.
A spring system maintains unoccupied seats sitting mode to comply with 16G compliant mode. Those springs tighten going to sleep mode and assists the return to sitting mode.
In sleep mode, sitting cushion and back textile synchronized mode offer passenger body a lowered “chaise longue” flat surface with 44+ ° angle to sleep. Legs find room below the seat in front.
LSEAT retrofit kit adapts also to premium economy seats as well.
LSEAT is supplied with an STC and PART 21 J engineering work and a FORM 1. iProduction and compnents are in hands of PART 21G subcontracters for BOEING, AIRBUS or EMBRAER.
Our retrofit kit is adaptable to any seat type for any aircraft. It inserts without any seat of cabin modification, respecting strictly their certification integrity.

Installation time takes 30 minutes per seat and does not require A.O.G time.
